I have an older dog with health issues who does not like being groomed. Heather understood this and helped my dog have a great experience. I have never seen my dog be happy with strangers and while being groomed. Heather arrived on time and helped my dog more than I could imagine. I will be using her for as long as I can. I will recommend her to everyone who needs a groomer. I am very thankful to have picked such a great person to help us out.
I have been bringing my dogs to Heather since 2020. She is patient and compassionate with my dogs. I originally reaches out to her because I had a senior dog that did not like being around other dogs. She knew exactly what to do. She is amazing. My Roxie and Sadie always smell so good and look beautiful after their grooming sessions

Heather is amazing! I was worried my dog was going to give her a hard time and she just walked right up to her like she knew her forever. My dog did great, was calm while getting her nails cut (which she despises) and just laid down and enjoyed her bath. I couldn't believe it. She smells amazing too! Heather just has that ""special touch" because I have never seen my dog react like that.Highly recommend her for your pets needs.!!
Heather is an amazing groomer! She is so kind and gentle with my animals. I’ve met other customers of her’s, and they speak highly, which is why we started using her. She has such cutting edge techniques for getting even the dirtiest dogs looking competition worthy! Our dogs love when Heather pulls up in the driveway!
Heather did an amazing job with my Australian shepherd Colt! Colt had not been to a groomer in far too long and after an afternoon at Kay Nine’s he was the softest he has been in years. He feels and looks great, and he no longer sheds insane amounts of fluff all over my house. Heather was also very accommodating with my busy work schedule. Highly recommend!
